Director’s Profile

Asuka SHIBATA, born in Paris, graduated from ESTP in 1994. Started in SADE, a group company of VEOLIA and assigned in miscellaneous abroad water infrastructure construction projects. Worked in partnership with local contractors in Africa, South America and Middle East. From 2002 during 10 years managed water network construction company and leakage survey companies and experienced network operation management as Veolia Water.

In 2012 moved to Singapore as Asia sales director for a pipe manufacturer to develop commercially South-East Asia region. Currently working as consultant and distributor in Asian market in cooperation with European and Japanese companies.

Working experience in the following regions: Europe, Africa, South America, Middle East, South-East Asia, Oceania.

柴田　飛鳥　（しばた　あすか）

フランス、パリ生まれの土木エンジニア。グランゼコール建設業専門大学のESTPを1994年に卒業。ヴェオリアグループの建設会社サデに入社し、水道の海外プロジェクトに参加。アフリカ、南米、中近東などで現地の建設会社と組んで仕事をする。2002年から日本で10年間水道工事や、漏水調査など、管路の管理までヴェオリア・ウォーターとして水道事業を経験する。(1級土木施工管理技士)。

2012年にシンガポールに移動し、パイプメーカーのアジア責任者として東南アジアを主に2年間開拓する。
現在は、コンサルティングや商社としてアジア市場で欧州や日本の会社と共に活動する。
